Some things can feel easier in water. 🤰💦

Swimtastic's Pregnancy Aqua Yoga offers a calm, supportive space to move, stretch, breathe and take a little time for yourself.

There’s no need to be a swimmer or to have tried yoga before - we are in the shallow end.

Everything can be taken at your own pace, with the water helping movement feel more comfortable.
