We were delighted to see one of our former clients Veronica, featured in this fantastic video from the Workability Programme with Sligo Sligo LEADER Partnership Company Ltd

Veronica shares how she first heard about the Workability Programme through our Social Prescribing service & it has been wonderful to see where that first connection has led her.

Since then, she has pushed herself beyond her comfort zone, embraced new opportunities & taken real steps towards the goals she wanted to achieve.

A huge well done to her for everything she has achieved. It is a privilege to see someone we have supported take those next steps & create new opportunities for herself.

We also want to recognise the fantastic team at Workability for the support, encouragement & opportunities they provide to people as they move towards their goals.

It is a great example of what can happen when services connect people with the right support at the right time.

A great example of how one conversation and one connection can sometimes be the starting point for something much bigger.

Free Welllbeing Workshops this Autumn - Booking Essential!
We are deligted to be able to offer two free wellbeing workshops with the support of Connecting for Life Sligo Leitrim.

Workshop 1: The Power of your Breath Thursday 10th September 10am-11.30am
Explore how to use our breath to support our nervous system as well as our mental and emotional wellbeing

Workshop 2: Reconnect to yourself in this session and learn to focus less on the doing and more on being present and remembering what brings you joy a sense of self and how this can create positive ripples in our lives and the lives around us. Leave feeling more connected to yourself.

Delighted to be invited to the launch of the Mum Map Sligo hosted by Mayor of Sligo, Councillor Ann Higgins.

The Mum Map has been developed as part of Year of Care Campaign and funded by the North West Credit Union Community Fund. Supporting mothers, building community and strengthening care is at the core of this campaign.
