Join us for a five-week series exploring simple, practical ways to support your mental health and wellbeing.

Using the C.H.I.M.E. framework, five key areas of recovery will be looked at:

The next Food Bank takes place on Thursday October 08 from 9 AM - 11 AM at Loreto House, Kenyon St, Nenagh. Food donations always welcome. See poster for full details.
Nenagh Community Food Bank

Our next Nenagh Community Food Bank day is Thursday 8 October, from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. at Loreto House, Kenyon Street, Nenagh.

Our volunteers would be delighted to receive donations of non-perishable food during those hours, or on any day the food bank is open. Extra donations are especially appreciated at this time of year. Thank you to everyone who supports the food bank.

Our following dates are Thursday 5 November and Thursday 3 December. Please share the poster to help spread the word.
