A gentle evening of mindful movement, breath, relaxation and a soothing sound bath a space to slow down, soften and reconnect with yourself.

🌿 October dates: 1st, 15th, 22nd & 29th
🚫 No class on 8th October
🕕 6:15–7:30 PM

The sessions are gentle and unhurried, with the practice ending in a relaxing sound bath.

🤍 THE JOURNEY WITHIN
A gentle invitation to slow down, breathe, move, listen and reconnect with yourself.
The Journey Within is a slow, mindful practice combining gentle yoga movement, conscious breathing, relaxation and sound.
We begin with gentle, intentional movement and breath, allowing the body to soften and the mind to settle. The session closes with a soothing sound bath, creating space to rest, listen and simply be.
This is a slow and gentle practice, suitable for anyone wanting to step away from the busyness of everyday life and take some time for themselves.
