We are incredibly proud of our very own Olive Quinn, who represented Dún na Sí Park on today’s edition of This Morning on Virgin Media One.

It was a very special opportunity to showcase our town, our community and the people who make it such a wonderful place to live, on a national television platform.

Olive did a fantastic job bringing a little piece of Moate and Dún na Sí to viewers across Ireland.
Well done, Olive!

Tickets are now available on our website! And this year, you have even more choice, with two days available.

We’re still feeling overwhelmed and incredibly honoured after yesterday’s truly historic visit to Dún na Sí. 🇸🇪🇮🇪

It was a huge privilege to welcome H.E. Inger Buxton, Ambassador of Sweden to Ireland, and H.E. Barbara Jones, Ambassador of Ireland to Sweden, to our park.

We’re still taking it all in and feeling so proud that Dún na Sí was part of such a special occasion.

We hope our guests enjoyed their visit as much as we enjoyed welcoming them. It was a very special day that we will remember for a long time.

A very special day at Dún na Sí!
As part of Ireland’s EU Presidency 2026, every Irish county has been paired with an EU Member State to strengthen cultural, community and European connections.
Westmeath has been paired with Sweden 🇸🇪 and today we were honoured to welcome Inger Buxton, Ambassador of Sweden to Ireland, and Barbara Jones, Ambassador of Ireland to Sweden, to Dún na Sí.
We were also delighted to be joined by the girls from Moate Ladies Football Team, who proudly brought along their trophy and helped make the occasion even more special. 🏆💚
It is a great privilege to welcome our guests to the heart of Westmeath and to be part of this special initiative celebrating the connection between Ireland and Sweden. 🇮🇪🤝🇸🇪 Moate Ladies Football
