Castledaly Playground

11/10/2026

Great News.....
Castledaly Community Playground has been approved our Leader funding 🎉
This is a huge step towards the redevelopment of the playground. We can now move towards ordering new equipment and surface, with the playground set to reopen in Spring time.

A massive thank you to everyone who has supported us so far, the new playground is going to continue to provide hours of fun to our children and children visiting Castledaly. We are almost at our goal of private fundraising, with less than 5000euro to go.
To work towards this, we are holding our Christmas Raffle. Keep an eye on our social media and WhatsApp groups for dates and venues of ticket selling.

Tickets can also be purchased from any Committee member.

If you’re shopping in Tesco Athlone please add some blue coins to the box inside the door. Every little helps in raising funds to get our playground reopened.
