Celebrating Youth Participation & Leadership in Mallow!

UBU Mallow was delighted to facilitate a Youth Participation Leadership Workshop in conjunction with 💚

A fantastic day of collaboration, learning and empowerment, with our amazing young people from the Youth Council taking centre stage! 🙌

Our young leaders facilitated four different workshops on the day, exploring important topics such as relationship boundaries, conflict and more. They demonstrated incredible confidence, leadership, teamwork and a real commitment to creating positive change for young people in their community. 💬🤝

We are beyond proud of each and every one of them for their hard work, dedication and this amazing achievement! ❤️

A huge thank you to Youth Work Ireland for working alongside us to support youth participation and create opportunities for young people to have their voices heard. 🌱
