๐Ÿ’ก Leadership in the Age of Superhuman Technology ๐Ÿ’ก

Business owners, entrepreneurs, public sector leaders and community stakeholders recently gathered at the Longford Arms Hotel for a national conversation on how artificial intelligence is reshaping leadership, innovation and economic development.

Organised by Local Enterprise Office (LEO) Longford, โ€œLeadership in the Age of Superhuman Technologyโ€ featured an insightful keynote conversation between internationally recognised technology innovator Mark Little and acclaimed journalist and broadcaster Carole Coleman. Together, they explored the opportunities and challenges presented by AI and the importance of keeping people at the heart of decision-making. ๐ŸŽค๐Ÿ’ก

Guest speaker Micheรกl Oโ€™Neill, Founder of AI With Kelso, shared practical ways organisations can use AI to enhance productivity, innovation and decision-making. Longford County Council Chief Executive Samantha Healy also outlined how digital transformation can support more efficient, responsive and citizen-focused public services.

The event reinforced a clear message: the future belongs to leaders who can work alongside technology while preserving the uniquely human qualities that build trust, encourage collaboration and create meaningful change. ๐Ÿง
