Join us to explore exhibitions, sculpture and site-specific installations across the gallery, gardens and historic Stable Yard:

Stable Yard Sculpture Tour - 6:15pm
Works by Dorothy Cross, Niamh O'Malley, Antony Gormley & Edward Rollitt, with a view into our new Print Studio. Meet at Gallery Reception.

Main Gallery - 6:45pm
A guided tour of Salon, featuring 43 paintings curated by Matthew Higgs.

Gardens - until 7:30pm
Discover 'After The The After' with new site-specific works by Karl Burke and Lucy Gunning throughout Lismore Castle Gardens. Presented by The Complex. Curated by Mark O'Gorman.

Free admission to Upper Gardens from 6 - 7:30pm. All welcome, no booking required.

Debbie Godsell - A Space for Lismore
Debbie Godsell has spent the year facilitating a series of printmaking workshops with a group of women from Lismore. Through conversation and making, the group has reflected on themes of identity, belonging, memory and place. The project now culminates in a new exhibition at St Carthage Hall, presenting a series of soft-sculptural self-portraits created by the participants.

SUMMER VASE FLORAL WORKSHOP
Saturday 18 July, 11am-1.30pm

Spend a beautiful summer day at Lismore Castle Gardens! We are thrilled to welcome back the wonderful floral arranger and teacher, Vivienne Brophy.

Kick off the experience with an informative tour of our vibrant cut flower gardens, led by Head Gardener Colm O’Driscoll. Colm will share his top tips on growing the perfect perennials and annuals for your own vases. Next, Vivienne will teach you how to arrange these blooms into a breathtaking summer centrepiece to take home.

Every flower and piece of foliage used is sustainably sourced right from the gardens. Fresh seasonal treats and refreshments will be provided.

Wonderful creative days for schools and youth groups at Lismore Castle Arts -all sorts of art inspired by the gardens. This workshop for 1st class Bunscoil Bhothar na Naomh Lismore included botanical sketching and Cyanotypes.
