👶🧸 Would there be interest in bringing our Tots Group back? 🧸👶

Our Tots Group previously ran here in the centre, and we’re hoping to get it back up and going again! 🎉

It would be a lovely opportunity for little ones to play, have fun and make new friends, while parents, grandparents and carers can meet, chat and enjoy a cuppa. ☕️💕

We’re hoping to run it one morning a week and would love to see if there is enough interest to get the group started again.

👶 Babies & toddlers welcome
🧸 Fun, relaxed & friendly
☕️ A chance for grown-ups to meet too
❤️ A great way to connect with other local families

If you’d be interested in coming along, please comment below or call the centre on 074 9141773 to leave your name and number so we can get an idea of numbers.

Please feel free to tag or share with any local parents, grandparents or carers who might be interested.

We’re thinking about starting Line Dancing classes in the community, one evening a week, and we’d love to see if there’s enough interest!

Whether you’re a complete beginner or already know a few steps, it would be a fun way to get moving, meet people, have a laugh and learn something new. 🤠🎶

📅 1 evening per week
💃 All abilities welcome
🎵 Fun, social and beginner-friendly

If this is something you’d be interested in, please comment below or call the centre on 074 9141773 and leave your name and contact number so we can get an idea of numbers.

The life of Red Hugh O’Donnell
Put this date in your diary the 20th of October commencing at 7pm
🇮🇪🇮🇪🇮🇪🇮🇪🇮🇪🇮🇪🇮🇪🇮🇪🇮🇪🇮🇪🇮🇪🇮🇪
The great Irish Chieftain Red Hugh O’Donnell (Aodh Ruadh Ó Domhnaill) was born in Lifford, County Donegal .
In his short 29 years , Red Hugh packed an extraordinary amount into his life. From his kidnapping and imprisonment in Dublin Castle, to his dramatic escape, his inauguration as Chieftain of Tyrconnell, and his leadership alongside Hugh O’Neill during the Nine Years’ War , his story is one of courage, determination and resistance to English rule.

Come along to the Resource Centre , Lifford and discover the remarkable story of the man who became one of Ireland’s most famous Gaelic chieftains.
Come and learn about the life, battles, struggles and achievements of Lifford’s own Red Hugh O’Donnell.
🇮🇪 A story born in Lifford — a story that travelled across Ireland and Spain — and a story that should never be forgotten.
