👟 National Walking Day celebrations with our Eastside Urban Walking Group - lovely morning walk with great company.

We hit the pavement this morning in support of three great campaigns:
🟢 National Walking Day with Get Ireland Walking – marking Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Day.
🌍 European Mobility Week – championing as part of Galway City Council’s European Mobility Week.
🇪🇺 European Week of Sport – embracing the message as part of Galway Sports Partnership week of events.

Our community walking group is about so much more than getting your steps in and staying active. It’s about community, looking after our physical and mental wellbeing, making friends and enjoying a walk and talk where you can share a laugh and feel supported. And of course, we always make time for a well deserved cuppa and chat afterwards!

A big thank you to everyone who joined us this morning and brought such great energy! 👋🚶‍♂️🚶‍♀️

Our Buggy Buddies crew were out this morning in full force with our Postnatal Exercise Specialist Airike from Baby Body Fit Galway to celebrate European Week of Sport, which officially kicks off this Wednesday! 🌍✨

Postpartum fitness is about so much more than moving - it’s about community, well being and mental health.
💛 Big shoutout to these incredible mums!
