The Centre provides the following services:

Meals on Wheels - Open all year round

Affordable Community Pre-School (Monday - Friday 9.30 - 12.30pm)

Fermoy Community Health Project - https://www.facebook.com/Fermoy-Community-Health-Project-232906713790394/? Mother's group meet at the centre every Tuesday morning 11.00am -12.00

Affordable Room Hire to local clubs, organisations and voluntary groups around the Fermoy area.

🌿 Build Your Resilience This Autumn 🌿

Fermoy Community Resource Centre and Aware will be hosting a 6-week Resilience Programme, designed to help people develop practical skills for managing everyday stress and challenges.

Based on the principles of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), this supportive programme helps participants better understand the connection between thoughts, feelings, and behaviours, while learning positive coping strategies and building resilience.

The programme also provides an opportunity to connect with others in a welcoming and supportive environment.

Starting: Tuesday 13th October (subject to sufficient numbers)
Time: 7:30pm to 9:00pm
Cost: €20
