This beautiful boy is Shep, he was picked up as stray and sadly nobody came looking for him.

This busy boy has energy to burn and is always ready for his next adventure. Belly rubs are definitely on his list of favourite things.

If you think you can offer a loving home where he can get plenty of exercise, mental stimulation and all the belly rubs he deserves please get in contact.

DASH 💙

🏁Ready...steady...ZOOMIES! 😂

Dash is a handsome Lurcher who believes life is all about balance...a little bit of running around like a lunatic, followed by a serious session of doing absolutely nothing! 😂🐶

Professional zoomie specialist 🛋 Part time sofa spud 💙 Full of character and charm.

Dash loves to stretch those long legs and have a good zoom around, but don't let that fool you! Once hes finished burning off his energy, hes more than happy to lie up and chill out.

Please get in touch if you are interested in rehoming Dash, or would like more information about this gorgeous boy.

Poor little Toby arrived to us four weeks ago as a stray and hasn't had one single enquiry about him. 💔

We really can't understand why, he is super friendly with everyone he meets and he doesn't react badly to any of the other dogs here.

We estimate him to be around a year old, so he still has lots of energy and would love nothing more than an owner to go on lots of adventures with 💙

He would ideally like a home with a garden, as he loves his zoomies around the play area here and playing with his favourite toy in the world, his tennis ball 🥎

If you think you can offer Toby is forever home, please get in touch!

Meet Kevin 🤩
Kevin came in as a stray and sadly nobody has came to reclaim him. He is a handsome, large-breed youngster under a year old who is still learning his manners and finding his paws in the world. 💙

He is a big, strong boy who will need an owner willing to put time and effort into his training, helping him learn to walk nicely on the lead and develop into a well mannered adult dog.

Kevin will need someone who understands that large breeds come with big responsibilities, plenty of patience and a commitment to ongoing training. 🐶

In the right hands, Kevin has so much potential to grow into a wonderful companion. If you think Kevin might be the right dog for you please contact us. https://www.louthcoco.ie/en/services/dog-pound/dogs-at-the-pound/
Rescue space also welcome.

***REHOMED*** 😍😍😍

Poor Diego came in as a stray and unfortunately was never reclaimed 💔 so he is now on the lookout for a new home.

Diego is a quiet fella and gives us no trouble at all here. He happily trots out of his stable in the morning (with a few skips and jumps along the way) and back in in the evening when it is time to go to bed 😴

Goats are very social creatures, and poor Diego is becoming very lonely here by himself, and it really isn't fair on him to be on his own. He desperately needs a home where he can be with his own kind. 🙏🏻

If you are interested in adopting Diego, please do get in touch and as always, rescue offers are very welcome. Please share so that Diego can find a new home!

***You will need a herd number from the Department Of Agriculture to rehome Diego***

It was a very happy Saturday this weekend for our Hugo as he left the pound for his rescue placement 🥳

Hugo had been here since the middle of July with no home offers, and we couldn't understand why. He was the perfect gentleman, so well behaved and a firm favourite with all the staff here!

While we are sad to see him go, we are delighted to watch him continue on his journey to find that home he deserves so much!

A huge thank you to the two rescues who worked together to make sure Hugo was given a chance 🥰

UPDATE: Rehomed 🥰Still no home offers for poor Scooby 😢 He really needs out of the pound 💔
