Make a hero out of Irish Farmhouse Cheese with these cheesy Rosti potatoes. RΓΆsti, in Swiss German, means β€œcrisp and golden”. The potatoes are shredded and then fried until crispy and golden while the cheese interior remains soft, butter, creamy and gooey…Use any selection of semi-soft bloomy and/or washed rind cheese – depending on your choice you might want to remove the rind but if it’s soft and buttery there is no need.
