Fingal County Council is calling on residents to have their say on the issues that matter most in their communities through a new Local Community Safety Partnership (LCSP) series of public engagement events.

Members of the public are invited to attend upcoming LCSP public meetings, where they will have an opportunity to discuss local issues, contribute ideas and engage directly with partnership members. Fingal North LCSP Public Meeting:
(For those in the local electoral areas of Balbriggan, Howth Malahide, Rush Lusk & Swords [including St. Margarets to the boundary of the N2])

Time: 7.15pm to 9.00pm

The car has been identified by a FB contributor as a man living locally!!

Car & middle aged man parked on road behind school at 4.45pm today.Garda have no record of it on system so false plates. Keep a watch over the coming days and report any sightings.

The closing date for receipt of applications for the Fingal Shopfront Enhancement Scheme has now been extended until 12 noon on 23 October 2026.

Fingal County Council is seeking Expressions of Interest from qualifying premises located within Fingal.

Funding is available for works to upgrades such as Shopfront Repair/Brickwork Repair, External Painting, Signage Replacement.

Up to 90% of the projected cost of improvement works. A maximum ceiling of support of €2,000 per eligible property, is available, subject to terms and conditions.
