Discussion Groups:

www.facebook.com/groups/libertarianeire/ Libertarians support maximum liberty in both personal and economic matters. They advocate a much smaller government; one that is limited to protecting individuals from coercion and violence. Libertarians tend to embrace individual responsibility, oppose government bureaucracy and taxes, promote private charity, tolerate diverse lifestyles, support the free market, and defend civil liberties. Libertarian Éire is a project for individuals that believe that real lasting freedom and happiness can best be achieved through reason, virtue and truth. Our philosophy is based on the principle of Non-Aggression. The topics discussed range from self-knowledge, political science, philosophy, humanities and economics. We hope to encourage a culture of critical curiosity, empathy and respect on the discussion board. All serious questions are welcomed and we value free speech. Overall we hope to make every step toward a free society a pleasure to walk and we want to enjoy and have fun in the process! You can also follow us on the following platforms:

''To live, man must hold three things as the supreme and ruling values of his life: Reason—Purpose—Self-esteem. Reason, as his only tool of knowledge—Purpose, as his choice of the happiness which that tool must proceed to achieve—Self-esteem, as his inviolate certainty that his mind is competent to think and his person is worthy of happiness, which means: is worthy of living.'

You can protest and vote as much as you want. As long as you keep paying your taxes and obeying the law, you'll never be a threat

Our principles are simple:

Don't hurt anyone, and don't take their stuff.

Even though these principles are simple, the impact they have is profound.

The places that move closest to our ideals tend to be the best places to live on earth. While the places where the government and other criminals get to decide how things should be run are the worst.
