Engr. Seth Bakut Leads Zangon Kataf Delegation To Appreciate ADC Governorship Candidate, Rt. Hon. Isa Ashiru Over Barr. Irimiya Jerry Kantiok’s Deputy Governorship Nomination

Engr. Seth Bakut, the House of Representatives hopeful for Zangon Kataf/Jaba Federal Constituency, has led a delegation comprising House of Assembly aspirants and representatives from the eleven wards of Zangon Kataf Local Government Area on a courtesy visit to the African Democratic Congress (ADC) governorship candidate, Rt. Hon. Isa Ashiru Kudan.

The visit was aimed at expressing appreciation to the ADC governorship candidate for the nomination of Rt. Hon. Barr. Irimiya Jerry Kantiok as the party’s deputy governorship candidate for the 2027 Kaduna State governorship election.

Speaking during the visit, Bakut described Kantiok as one of Southern Kaduna’s finest sons, citing his record in public service, leadership, and legislative experience as qualities that make him well-suited for the position.

He noted that Kantiok’s three-term service in the Kaduna State House of Assembly, combined with his background as a legal practitioner and grassroots politician, has earned him widespread respect and confidence across the state.

Bakut further said the nomination reflects the ADC’s commitment to competence, inclusivity, and effective leadership, expressing confidence that the Ashiru-Kantiok ticket possesses the experience and vision required to provide purposeful leadership and drive Kaduna State’s development.

On behalf of the delegation and the people of Zangon Kataf, Bakut reaffirmed their support for the ADC and pledged to mobilise grassroots support for the party’s governorship ticket ahead of the 2027 election.

He added that the people of Zangon Kataf remain united and committed to supporting efforts aimed at building a more peaceful, inclusive, and prosperous Kaduna State.
