🌿 Finding Balance Through Tai Chi 🌿
Participants recently enjoyed a two-day Tai Chi programme as part of the Liberties Community Project, promoting healthy ageing through gentle movement, relaxation and connection.

Tai Chi is a low-impact exercise that helps improve balance, reduce stress, support mental wellbeing and encourage social interaction. By strengthening balance and coordination, it can also help reduce the risk of falls in older adults.

A wonderful opportunity to move, connect and support healthy ageing in our community. πŸ’š
