Today along with my grandmother Mary Blunnie , we were privileged to be able to present this cheque for €5,070 raised during our recent Fundraiser held on the 23rd of August in memory of my grandfather Senan Blunnie.

The presentation was made at the dialysis clinic Dock Road , Limerick which Granda attended for over 13 years.

Thank you to everybody in the Irish Kidney Association and Dialysis Unit in Limerick for everything you did over the years , and a special thank you to everyone who donated to this great cause in memory of my grandfather Senan Blunnie.

Coming to the Amgen Irish Open or planning a visit to Doonbeg this week? Here’s what you need to know.

⛳ Amgen Irish Open Park & Ride
Ticket holders travelling to the Irish Open from outside the Doonbeg area should use the official Amgen Park & Ride facilities.

💙💛 Doonbeg Local & Festival Parking
There is ample FREE parking on the Kilrush Road (L2030) for local residents attending the golf and for anyone coming to enjoy Doonbeg Fáilte Fest, visit local businesses or spend an evening in the village.

And if you’re using the Amgen Park & Ride for the golf, don’t head straight home afterwards! Come down to Doonbeg, park up and enjoy Fáilte Fest and the village.

🚗 Doonbeg is OPEN and accessible from both the Kilrush and Kilkee directions.
