Doneraile Park and Doneraile Court is closed to the public Wednesday 14th October due to industrial action. The OPW regrets any inconvenience caused. The site will reopen on Thursday 15th October.

Take the time to enjoy a guided tour of the beautiful, historic Doneraile Court. Guided Tours start at 10am and on the hour there after each day, last tour is at 4pm.

🌿 Step behind the gates of Doneraile Estate…

Discover parts of one of Ireland’s remarkable historic estates that most visitors never get to see on this special guided tour, taking place during the 30th Ballyhoura Walking Festival.

Led by renowned historian Michael O’Sullivan, the tour will explore the estate’s 17th-century formal gardens, Pleasure Gardens, ornate Parterre and historic Walled Gardens, uncovering some of the stories and heritage held within this beautiful landscape.

Whether you love gardens, history or simply discovering hidden corners of familiar places, this promises to be a fascinating afternoon.

What a wonderful afternoon of Classical Music in Doneraile Court!

A heartfelt thank you to Vanbrugh and Friends who shared their incredible talent, and to everyone who came along and helped make the concert such a memorable occasion.

Vanbrugh and Friends presented two popular and contrasted works from the string quintet repertoire:
Brahms and Dvořák
