Dear Members,

We are delighted to announce that Mayfield Sports Complex has a brand-new website and app, designed to make managing your membership, booking activities and accessing our services easier than ever.

Our website address remains the same:

🌐 www.mymsc.ie

However, you will now be directed to our new website and customer management system, powered by LeisFLOW.

IMPORTANT: Accessing Your Account

If you are an existing customer, your account is being transferred to our new system.

To access your account for the first time:

1. Visit **www.mymsc.ie**
2. Select **Login**.
3. Click **"FORGOT PASSWORD"**.
4. Enter the email address associated with your existing membership.
5. Follow the instructions sent to your email to create a new password.

Once completed, you will be able to log in and explore our new system. Don't forget to download the app to your phone from the website.

You will be prompted to do so by the site :-)

Fitness Class Bookings and sessions

Fitness class bookings will remain unavailable on the new system for this week while we complete the changeover.

In the meantime, please continue to book your fitness classes through **LegitFit**, as normal.

We will let you know when class bookings become available on the new website.

Memberships & Accounts

We are currently transferring and updating existing memberships to the new system. This process will continue over the coming weeks.

If your membership details are not yet showing correctly, please don't worry. Your existing membership remains valid while we complete the transfer.

A Better Experience for Everyone

Our new website and app will provide a much more convenient way to manage your membership, view activities, make bookings and stay informed about what's happening at Mayfield Sports Complex.

This is a significant change to how we manage our services, and we are looking forward to introducing further improvements and features as the system develops.

Tonight saw the last shift for our Gym Manager Luke Carey Murphy 😢

Luke brought a lot of fun and energy to the complex and ran a solid list of programmes during his time with us.

Recently he delivered our first Personal Training Professional Course. With everyone on the course having an amazing experience under his guidance.

He is leaving the fitness industry completely, and will be big shoes to fill. But the next chapter will open new directions for us and for Luke.

We all wish him the very best of luck 🍀
