👏 Great Work by Our CE Scheme Team

The wonderful work of our Community Employment Scheme can be seen throughout our local community.

From painting and maintenance to caring for shared spaces and helping local organisations, our CE participants carry out valuable work that makes a real difference.

This photograph shows improvement work under way at one of the homes in The Lawn. It is just one example of the many practical jobs completed with great care and pride.

A sincere thank you to everyone involved for your continued hard work and commitment to our community. 💚

What a difference a good clean can make! 🏡✨

A lovely before and after from recent roof cleaning work, removing the build-up of moss and giving the property a much fresher appearance.

It’s amazing how much of a difference this type of maintenance can make — not only improving the look of a home, but helping to keep roofs and gutters clear and well maintained.

Another job well done. 👏

A lovely day out for the CLÁR IRD/ICH office team at Ashford Castle Estate. 💚

With all the big changes that have taken place in recent months, it was wonderful to step away from our busy work at the office for a while, relax and spend some quality time together.

A lovely day of team bonding, walking the grounds, having a tea at Mrs Teas, laughter and making memories in beautiful surroundings. Days like this remind us how important it is to connect as a team. 😊
