An Rialálaí Agraibhia (Agri-Food Regulator) is pleased to announce that its second conference will be held in the Johnstown Estate Hotel, Co. Meath on 9 June 2027.

This will be a unique opportunity for businesses across the agricultural and food supply chain to connect and hear about the ongoing work of the Agri-Food Regulator.

📸𝗕𝗹𝗮𝘀 𝗻𝗮 𝗵𝗘𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗻𝗻 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 - 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀📸

We had a wonderful weekend in Di**le at Blas Na HEireann 2026. Three days of interesting conversations with the many talented food and drink producers from across Ireland, and also attendees with a passion for the success of the Irish agri-food sector.

Colm McKeever of the Agri-Food Regulator joined a panel for 'Who's Making the Rules' as part of Conversations in the Backyard. Also on the panel, which was hosted by Janine Kennedy, was Cara Murphy, Roots2Market, and Aisling Pearce, Tesco Senior Buyer Bakery & Dairy.

Before the winners of the Savoury Pantry categories, proudly supported by the Agri-Food Regulator, were announced. Congratulations to all the finalists and the producers who took home bronze, silver and gold awards.

Thank you to everyone who visited our stand at Ploughing 2026. We had a fantastic three days chatting with attendees about the work of the Agri-Food Regulator. There were engaging conversations about unfair trading practices, improving transparency in the agri-food supply chain, and hearing about farmers' trading experiences.

We very much appreciate the attendees who took the opportunity to complete our primary producer survey, as well as those who signed up to our newsletter.
