☕💙 A lovely morning for a lovely cause!

A huge thank you to Mayo Mental Health Association, Mindspace Mayo and Brú Coffee Shop for such a warm and welcoming Coffee Morning to mark World Mental Health Day.

It was wonderful to come together, enjoy a cuppa and connect with others in our community. Thank you to everyone involved for the lovely hospitality and for creating such a positive space. 💙

We’re delighted to welcome Angela Black MIACP, Community Wellbeing Facilitator, to The Family Centre this autumn for a friendly and practical 4-week Confidence & Assertiveness programme.

This small-group programme offers a supportive, relaxed space to learn practical tools for everyday life — helping you to:

✨ Build confidence and self-belief
💭 Develop more helpful ways of thinking
💬 Express your needs and speak up for yourself
💜 Say no without unnecessary guilt
🛡️ Set healthier boundaries
🌱 Create positive habits for everyday life
