What a day!

On Tuesday 22 September 2026, STRIDE partners, stakeholders, community representatives and project participants gathered at the STRIDE Community Networking & Showcase Event at Manor House Country Hotel in Killadeas

It was a fantastic opportunity to hear more about how STRIDE is supporting local communities to explore digital solutions to real-world challenges, including the Boho Community Flood Alert Transformational Project, using digital technology to provide timely information on local flooding.

We also had a valuable opportunity to network with community organisations, project partners and stakeholders, sharing experiences, ideas and conversations around the challenges and opportunities facing rural communities.

A big thank you to the STRIDE Team, programme partners and everyone who contributed to making the event such a success!

It was great to celebrate what has been achieved so far and look ahead to the continued development of digital innovation across our rural communities.

Expressions of Interest for potential new projects across Fermanagh and Tyrone will open on 1 October 2026 via the STRIDE Portal.
