Last night our had the opportunity to look around a NAS frontline ambulance and familiarise themselves with some of the equipment they may need to assist with when out on a call.

This training night particularly focused on elements relevant to our unit's CFR scheme who respond to 999 calls alongside the ambulance service.
We were also joined by volunteers from Newcastle Wicklow Community Responders & Kilmacanogue CFR schemes.

Our thanks to Jonathan & Paul from the National Ambulance Service (NAS) for their assistance.

Last night, our dedicated members were on the Bray Seafront providing first aid cover for the Bray Fireworks display, which marked the close of the Bank Holiday weekend festivities.

It was fantastic to see so many people out enjoying the event safely. We’d like to thank the organisers, fellow emergency services, and everyone who helped make the evening a success.

A huge thank you to all of our volunteers who gave up their time to ensure first aid support was available throughout the event. Your commitment and professionalism are greatly appreciated.

We hope everyone had a safe and enjoyable Bank Holiday weekend!
