“The room is long and bright with two large round tables for snack and activities. There is play equipment throughout the room available for the children to choose independently.

The ratio is 2:15 at the moment with an extra team member floating (Amanda, Sophie and Rachel) all staff engage with the child in a positive and caring manner.”

A recent review of room 2 in our service done by the Better Start specialist.
They also said they loved the child led ethos we had and the slow pedagogy practices that we are using.
High praise indeed.

Following on from the success of our "Inclusion Dance", we've created a companion "Understanding Inclusion" series. A fantastic companion when discussing diversity, belonging, disability inclusion, culture, fairness and respect with children.
