Our Psycho Educational Programme is an eight week online course that supports women to explore the dynamics of domestic abuse, understand their experiences, and rebuild confidence in a safe, facilitated space. The programme covers a wide range of topics including boundaries, assertiveness, sexual health, parenting through abuse, and emotional wellbeing.

Women often share that this programme helps them make sense of things they struggled to put into words. It provides space for learning, reflection, connection, and empowerment. Through gentle discussions and practical tools, participants begin to understand their own needs and strengths again.

This programme is designed to support each woman at her own pace, helping her move forward with clarity and confidence.

Financial abuse isn't always obvious.

Behind closed doors, someone may be controlling every financial decision, restricting access to money, or limiting their partner's independence. These behaviours can make it harder for someone to leave, seek support, or make choices for themselves.

Everyone deserves financial freedom, autonomy, and a say in decisions that affect their lives.

You are not alone. Aoibhneas is here to help. 💜

Not all signs of abuse look obvious at first.
Control, manipulation, jealousy, and pressure can sometimes be disguised as love, care, concern, or protection. That's why it's important to pay attention to how someone's behaviour makes you feel.
Healthy relationships should feel safe, respectful, and equal. If something feels off, uncomfortable, or makes you feel less like yourself, it's worth listening to that feeling. 💜
