That evening, Consul General Dingal officially launched her passion project entitled Very Different, Yet So Similar: Stories of the Philippines and Indonesia Across the Celebes Sea, which she described as a “labor of love, drawn from our collective experiences not just of working, but of living in this wonderful part of Indonesia.” The commemorative coffee table book highlights the shared histories, cultural affinities, and enduring people-to-people ties that connect communities across the Celebes Sea and continue to strengthen relations between the Philippines and Indonesia.

North Sulawesi Immigration Receives Award from Philippine Consulate General in Manado
