AGENDA - General Election Network for Disability Access AGENDA is a creative partnership of OPDs and CSOs focused on strengthening political processes in SEA

To achieve this goal, Disabled People’s Organizations (DPOs) and election Civil Society Organizations (CSOs), including the International Foundation for Electoral Systems (IFES). Together AGENDA network partners will develop new regional election monitoring activities and raise awareness about access issues in elections, ensuring that disability rights are squarely on ASEAN’s developing human righ

ts agenda. The two-year project will bring together local organizations from Indonesia, the Philippines, Myanmar, Vietnam, Laos, Malaysia, Cambodia, and Thailand to conduct research and share best practices on disability access.

Untuk mencapai tujuan ini, proyek ini mendukung penciptaan kemitraan antara CSOs dan DPOs di kawasan Asia Tenggara, termasuk dengan International Foundation for Electoral System (IFES). Seluruh mitra yang tergabung dalam jaringan AGENDA akan mengembangkan kegiatan-kegiatan pemantauan pemilu, meningkatkan pemahaman tentang isu aksesibilitas bagi penyandang disabilitas dalam pemilu, serta mengupayakan agar hak-hak penyandang disabilitas juga dimasukkan dalam agenda pengembangan Hak Asasi Manusia ASEAN. Proyek dua tahun ini akan membawa organisasi-organisasi dari Indonesia, Filipina, Myanmar, Vietnam, Laos, Malaysia, Kamboja dan Thailand untuk melakukan penelitian bersama dan berbagi pengalaman tentang isu-isu yang dihadapi oleh penyandang disabilitas.

Reflecting on the past 10 years, we are incredibly proud to share that AGENDA's initiatives have been instrumental in advancing gender equality, women's rights, and youth engagement within the realm of disability rights advocacy.

Our unwavering commitment has been to foster inclusive enabling environments, ensuring that every person with disabilities can freely exercise their human rights and actively participate in the social and political fabric of their respective countries.

Together, we have achieved significant milestones, but our journey is far from over. Let's continue to stand united, championing the cause of inclusion and creating a better, more equal world for all.
