InAction (Indonesia in Action), an Indonesian youth movement initiation, which express and transform the energy in the form of activities and a big step for the nation and the ASEAN. Energy transformation (Trans Energy) done is realistic (concrete action) and the ASEAN youth-based comprehensive and sustainable. ASEAN Youth Forum and Festival 2011 will be followed by outstanding youth representatives from ASEAN countries. This event is a forum to exchange ideas, increase knowledge in the areas of leadership, entrepreneurship, and education. The third important aspect is the potential basis of youth as agents of change dual role, namely as a layer of generations that their actions have an important role in the life of nation and state, and at the same time is a generation that is prepared to continue the nation-building in the future. ASEAN Youth Forum which took place on 4-5 May 2011 will be held at the Acacia Hotel, Jakarta. The main speaker of this forum is Mr Hermawan Kartajaya, founder and owner of marketing consultancy firm MarkPlus Inc.. ASEAN Youth Forum aims to produce a Joint Action Statement ASEAN youth to support the achievement of the ASEAN Socio-Cultural 2015 with various activities and cooperation in education, social and cultural development. Joint Action Statement will be recited at the opening of the ASEAN Summit 2011, Saturday, May 7, 2011. ASEAN Youth Festival, special promotions and the introduction of ASEAN’s cultural wealth of exploration will be held on 6-7 May 2011 at the National Gallery, Jakarta. In this activity, is shown performing arts and traditional cultures from all ASEAN countries. In addition, the exhibition will be opened the traditional culture that promotes diversity of ASEAN countries, either through culinary, language and literature, and various artistic results.
