🐶🐈《寵愛一生 同遊科學園2026》｜☕💛 從一杯奶茶開始的成長課
原來，我也可以做到。
「今日想飲咩呀？」
「呢杯奶茶係我哋親手沖㗎！」
對很多人來說，這可能只是一次普通的市集活動；但對荷蘭宿舍的宿生而言，卻是一個難忘的成長機會。
感謝「動物守護社區大使計劃」邀請，讓我們於2026年5月9日參與香港科學園舉行的「寵愛一生🐶🐈 同遊科學園2026」。
活動當日，宿生親身經營體驗式學習攤位，售賣奶茶、柚子梳打、曲奇、鬆餅及燒賣。從設計餐牌、準備產品、招待顧客到銷售記帳，每一個環節都由他們親自參與。
有宿生特意編寫分單及記帳應用程式；亦有兩位應屆DSE宿生利用課餘時間到茶餐廳學習沖調港式奶茶，只為將最好的一杯奶茶送到顧客手中。☕💪
活動中，他們學習與人溝通、團隊合作及應變技巧，更主動構思「送餐服務」，希望為現場參加者帶來更好的體驗。
最珍貴的收穫，不是賣出了多少產品，而是當聽到一句「好飲呀！」、「辛苦晒你哋！」時，孩子臉上的笑容與自信。✨
感謝一直陪伴和支持宿生成長的動物守護社區大使計劃、Cookie Smiles、廉記冰室、社工團隊、合作夥伴及義工朋友，讓孩子有機會被看見、被肯定，並在真實的社區環境中學習與成長。
因為每一次機會，都可能成為改變人生的一小步。💛
🐶🐈✨ Learning Beyond the Classroom | ☕💛 A Lesson in Growth, Starting with a Cup of Milk Tea
What does growth look like?
Sometimes, it begins with a cup of milk tea, a homemade menu, or simply the courage to speak to a customer for the first time.
Thanks to the invitation from the Animal Watchers Programme, residents from Holland Hostel had the opportunity to participate in a pet-themed community event at Hong Kong Science Park on 9 May 2026.
At the event, our residents operated an experiential learning booth serving milk tea, yuzu soda, siu mai, cookies, and muffins. Behind the booth was weeks of preparation and teamwork. One resident developed an ordering and accounting app specially for the event, while two DSE students spent their free time learning how to make Hong Kong-style milk tea so they could proudly serve customers on the day. ☕💪
Throughout the event, the residents took charge of customer service, sales, teamwork, and problem-solving. They even introduced their own delivery service, bringing food and drinks directly to visitors around the venue.
With every customer they greeted, every challenge they overcame, and every encouraging comment they received, they gained confidence, responsibility, and belief in their own abilities.
We are grateful to the Animal Watchers Programme, Cookie Smiles, Lim Kee Bing Sutt, our social workers, volunteers, and supporters for creating opportunities that allow young people to step beyond the classroom, discover their strengths, and connect with the community.
