下午時間，電照街與七姊妹道交界進行更換水管工程期間發生水管破裂事故。卓兒已即時向現場工程人員及水務署了解，現下是最新情況：
💧 事故成因及現況：
工程人員在開挖表層石屎時，懷疑強烈震盪令下層老舊的石棉鹹水喉管破裂。水務署已即時關閉相關閥門停水，現場無積水或水浸情況。
🚧 維修及交通安排：
考慮到日間交通流量，維修工程需待路面繁忙時段過後方可開展。水務署將於15/9 晚上 20:00 至 16/9 清晨 06:00 進行搶修及更換喉管。
⚠️ 鹹水暫停供應通知：
受搶修工程影響，以下屋苑的鹹水（沖廁水）供應將作短暫中斷：
受影響範圍：健威花園
暫停供應時間：9月15日 12:45 PM 至 9月16日 00:45 AM

Earlier this afternoon, a burst water pipe occurred during pipe replacement works at the junction of Tin Chiu Street and Tsat Tsz Mui Road. I immediately liaised with site engineers and the Water Supplies Department (WSD) to assess the situation. The latest updates are as follows:
💧 Cause and Current Status:
During the excavation work, it is suspected that the vibrations from surface concrete breaking have fractured an underlying, aging asbestos salt water pipe. WSD personnel swiftly shut the relevant valves to isolate the leak, and no surface accumulation or flooding has occurred.
🚧 Repair and Traffic Arrangements:
To accommodate daytime traffic flows, repair works must wait until peak road hours have passed. WSD will execute emergency repairs and pipe replacement tonight between 15/9 20:00 and 16/9 06:00 morning.
⚠️ Temporary Flushing Water Suspension Notice:
Due to the emergency repair works, the salt water (flushing water) supply to the following residential estate will be temporarily suspended:
Affected Area: Healthy Gardens
Suspension Period: 12:45 PM, 15 September to 00:45 AM, 16 September
