社區跟進：正視春秧街及馬寶道港鐵站外 假日行乞與非法賣唱問題 🚶♂️🚫
Community Update: Addressing Weekend Begging and Street Busking Issues at Chun Yeung Street, Marble Road, and MTR Station Exits 🚶♂️🚫

2026年6月9日，卓兒出席了社會福利委員會第十五次會議。在會上，我特別向警方及相關部門反映，並積極關注春秧街、馬寶道以及北角港鐵站附近一帶，在假日期間日趨嚴重的行乞同非法賣唱問題！📢
近期，我收到不少附近商戶、街坊和乘客的投訴，指這些不法行乞和噪音賣唱行為，每逢假日便變本加厲，嚴重影響居民的日常生活、商戶的營商環境以及整體的過路秩序。而且根據卓兒觀察，這些行乞人士當中既有華籍，亦有外籍人士，對社區治安同環境造成極大困擾。
警方在會上承諾：
1️⃣ 加強執法：與相關部門採取行動，果斷取締假日的非法行乞及滋擾性賣唱。
2️⃣ 加密巡邏：特別在周末及公眾假期，於春秧街、馬寶道及港鐵站出入口等黑點加強巡視，保障商戶營業、居民及乘客出入平安。

9 June 2026, I attended the 15th Meeting of the Social Welfare Committee. During the meeting, I raised strong concerns to the Police and relevant departments regarding the growing issues of illegal begging and street busking around Chun Yeung Street, Marble Road, and North Point MTR station exits, particularly during weekends and holidays! 📢
Recently, I have received numerous complaints from local shop owners, residents, and commuters stating that these illegal begging activities and noisy performances worsen during holidays, severely disrupting daily life, affecting the business environment for shops, and obstructing public walkways. Based on my observations, the individuals involved include both Chinese and foreign nationals, causing significant distress to our neighborhood's safety and environment.
In response, the Police have promised to :
1️⃣ Strengthen Enforcement: Launch operations with relevant departments to decisively crack down on illegal begging and disruptive street busking during holidays.
2️⃣ Increase Patrols: Step up police presence key hotspots, including Chun Yeung Street, Marble Road, and MTR station entrances, especially on weekends and public holidays, to ensure a safe environment for businesses and smooth commutes for our residents.
