XCHANGE : Make Over Make Good presented by Oi! joined hands with local green group Conservancy Association, to invite two pairs of young, eco-conscious couples to demonstrate how to replace traditional invitation cards and wedding banquet with an “edible wedding invitation” and a home-made “miniature feast”. 油街實現「XCHANGE：修繕」與本地環保團體長春社合作，邀請了三位分別來自馬來西亞和江蘇的女士，為大家展示不同民族以節慶傳統菜式傳遞祝願的方式，交換鄉情滋味，製作一場文化融和的節慶美味體驗。請細心品嚐！

XCHANGE : Make Over Make Good presented by Oi! joined hands with local green group Conservancy Association, to invite 3 ladies from Malaysia and Jiangsu to demonstrate how they deliver blessings through traditional dishes. It is an exchange of unique flavours as well as a blending of tastes and cultures. Please enjoy the festive food!

追求食物真味，讓自然點亮餐桌，摒棄工業色素，以天然素材為日常飲食添上新妝。「XCHANGE：修繕」邀請公眾親臨油街廚房，與扎染專家一起利用天然食材製作無添加的手工染蛋，讓大自然為食物抺上新色彩。

Let the nature light up your dining table and add lustre to your daily diet. “XCHANGE : Make Over Make Good” invites the public to work with tie-dye experts and make additive-free hand-dyed eggs with organic ingredients at Oi! Kitchen, allowing Mother Earth to add natural hues to food.

外表美觀、大小勻稱的蔬果令人垂涎三尺，吸引眾人選購。未漂白的蘑菇、形狀歪斜的馬鈴薯、長腳的蘿蔔，即使同樣滋味，卻往往成為次選。「XCHANGE：修繕」邀請公眾親臨油街廚房，利用醜食試作一頓美味健康的小餐，平等對待大自然的恩賜。

Shine and shape top the list when it comes to fresh fruits and vegetables selection as good-looking food looks mouth-watering enough itself. Unbleached mushrooms, oddly shaped potatoes, and carrots with legs, ugly food is not consumers’ first choice even though they are beautiful on the inside. XCHANGE : Make Over Make Good invites the public to visit the Oi! Kitchen and make a healthy light meal using ugly food, treating nature’s gift impartially.

Hatching fishes inside shipping containers while planting between them, Mr. Arthur Lee has been working in the shipping container business for decades. He combines industrial engineering and innovation to establish MoVertical Farm, and explores new ways of aquaponic in Hong Kong. XCHANGE : Make Over Make Good invites the public to visit the Oi!
