五個事工的向度

I.宣講事工：宣揚及培養兒童、青少年喜樂的人生。將福音帶給他們，引導他們自幼就認識罪的可怕，從而遠離罪；接受基督的赦罪之恩，過喜樂的人生。

II.教導事工：引導兒童和青少年效法主耶穌基督，培養基督的道德觀和品德；幫助兒童和青少年建立穩固的信仰基礎，將神的話語活用在日常生活中，立志一生跟隨主的腳蹤行。

III.青宣事工：裝備青少年宣教使命的服事。才能並非與生俱來，要靠發掘、培養、訓練、裝備。因此，引導他們發揮潛質，培訓成為人材，運用恩賜和愛心服務社會。同時協助教會服事兒童，以生命影響生命，培育主的小羊。

IV.愛家事工：推動建立和諧家庭。邀請家長、教會參與各種專題講座，通過聆聽、交流、討論、分享促進家庭和諧和睦。講座主題包括：「促進親子關係」、「問題子女的成因」、「建立基督化家庭」、「如何培養兒童靈命成長」等。

V.伙伴事工：協助教會兒童事工。供應各類書籍、

視覺教材、兒童福音單張及工具書等，幫助兒童福音工作者和基督徒父母，培養孩子在主內健康成長。

Five Guides for Mainland Missionary

1. We wish to preach to and train up children and adolescent to have a joyful life. Through teaching them the goods news from God, we hope to lead the children to realize and avoid sins and the severe affects from young. Teaching: Build youth’s life and character
We wish to lead children and adolescents to follow Jesus’s example. Through training the youth Christian moral value and character, we hope to help students to build solid foundation in faith and apply God’s words in daily life, which consequently result in their devotion to living up to Jesus’s life.

3. Youth Missionary: Train the youth for ministry
We wish to equip the youth for missionary. People are not born with capacity, but shape their abilities through process of inspiration, training, exercise and equipment etc. In light of this fact, we wish to enlighten children’s realization of their potentials and train them to use their gifts and compassion to serve the community. We also engage in assisting children’s service at church and use our life sample to influence their life, thus nurture Lord’s lambs.

4. Family: Prepare parents for harmony home
We wish to promote harmonious family relationships. We eagerly invite parents to participate church theme lectures on “Enhancing Parent-Child Relationship”, “Causes of Problem Children”, “Building Christianized Family”, and “How to Cultivate Children’s Spiritual Growth?” etc. Through the listening, opinion-exchange, discussion and sharing about the information, we hope to promote harmony in family.

5. Companionship: Assist fellow churches’ healthy growth
We wish to assist fellow churches’ children ministries. We aim to provide diverse books, video material, children’s gospel pamphlets and tool books for fellow churches, workers and parents that help them to bring up children with healthy spiritual life.
