社會及政治組織從業員工會 Social and Political Organization Workers' Union 社會及政治組織從業員工會於2016年9 月28日成立，由議員助理、政黨職工、?

社政從業員的工作範疇多元化，每日遇到的困難亦需費盡心神才能解決，同時從業員每天為香港的社會福祉站在最前線；然而行內環境惡劣、飽受蔑視、薪酬待遇不理想等問題，亦為從業員在家庭中飽受壓力。此等因由，我們毅然決定成立「社會及政治從業員工會」，務求讓從業員在組織層面上集思廣益，同時提出共同訴求，為行業及從業員提供一個交流及動員的基礎，以及提供會員福利。
以下為本工會現時的宗旨：
1. 爭取及維持公平與合理的工資比率、工作時間及其他僱傭條件，並廣泛保障會員的權益。
2. 同時推動議員助理、組織職工、地區幹事及相關職位的編制化及專職化。
3. 爭取從業員之認受性及社會認同。
