有些環保工作，著眼於為人們締造一個更適合生活的世界。
而我們的出發點，稍有不同。
有大德曾說，改變始於給予人們空間與責任，讓他們親身去關心與守護環境，而不是單向地替他們改變環境。而環境責任的真正實踐，是從「人」開始。當一個人被尊重、被接納、被看見，他自然更願意為身邊的環境付出。啟發彼此的善意，以同理心對待身邊的人，是所有改變的根本。
正因如此，在聚沙成塔慈善團體（Unity One Charitable Association）及其團隊的帶領及支持下，賢聚（Unity V）得以成立，讓聚沙成塔與賢循環（V Cycle）的理念朝著同一方向同行。社區關懷與環境工作，不再分開，而是並肩實踐。
我們的工作不僅是創造就業機會或提升收入。這些固然重要，但我們更重視為長者提供一個有尊嚴、有參與感的空間，讓他們繼續發揮所長，繼續為社會作出貢獻。
今天，我們在屯門區學習派發素食餐予有需要的長者，並舉辦心靈與精神健康課程。與我們同行的長者，並非單純的受惠者。他們帶來人生經驗、耐心與智慧，而我們在相處之中學習同理與慈悲。這是一份雙向的同行。在付出的同時，我們也在成長。幫助別人，其實也是在成就自己。
因為當人被賦予尊嚴與責任，守護環境及關心他人，便會成為自然的選擇。真正長遠的改變，始終從人開始。

Our starting point is slightly different.
As spiritual teachers often remind us, real change begins within. Environmental responsibility, in its truest form, begins with people. It starts with inspiring goodness in one another and treating every person around us with empathy and compassion. When individuals feel valued and included, they naturally become stewards of the world around them.

With the guidance and support of Unity One Charitable Association and their dedicated team, Unity V was formed by bringing together the visions of Unity One and V Cycle under a shared purpose. Environmental work and community care stand side by side.
Our focus goes beyond creating jobs or increasing income. While those matter, we are equally committed to restoring dignity and inclusion for our elders.
Today, this includes distributing plant‑based meals and offering spiritual and mental wellness classes. More importantly, it means creating space for our elders to contribute. They are not just beneficiaries; they bring experience, patience, and perspective. In return, we learn empathy and compassion. This mutual exchange strengthens all of us. Helping others ultimately helps ourselves.
When people are empowered and valued, care for the environment follows naturally.
That is where lasting change truly begins.
