💼📊 【Young Financial Explorers 理財探索計劃】圓滿結束 🎓✨
籽識慈善基金 聯同國際投資公司 Hamilton Lane 推出的理財探索計劃 Young Financial Explorers Mentorship Program已在上月底圓滿結束。
今次共有 來自8間中學的25位同學參與，組成一個跨校學習社群，在課程中不單止學習，更彼此交流、互相啟發。🎉
📈 除了認識金融行業職業資訊 及 學習相關金融知識，同學亦親身參觀 香港金融管理局（HKMA）展覽館 🏦，並分組進行投資比賽 📊
經過一連串充實的課程，同學們一步步走進金融世界，了解香港金融體系運作，將課堂知識連結現實世界，並從揀選公司、分析數據，到最後向評判進行投資簡報，真正體驗投資專業人士的思考與決策過程。
我們相信當年青人有機會接觸行業、親身參與，他們不只是學會知識，而是開始建立對未來的想像與信心✨

💼📊 【Course Completion — Young Financial Explorers Program】🎓✨
The Young Financial Explorers Mentorship Program, a financial exploration initiative launched by La Violet Charity Foundation, in collaboration with global investment firm Hamilton Lane, has successfully completed at the end of last month.
We would like to congratulate all students who have successfully accomplished the programme 🎉
A total of 25 students from 8 secondary schools formed an inter-school learning community, where they not only learned together, but also exchanged ideas and inspired one another.
📈 Beyond gaining insights into careers in the financial industry and learning key financial concepts, students also experienced a field trip to the Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA) Exhibition Hall 🏦 and collaborated in a final investment challenge 📊
Through this immersive journey, students gradually stepped into the world of finance — gaining an understanding of how the financial system operates and connecting classroom knowledge with real-world applications.
From selecting companies, analysing data, to presenting their investment decisions to a panel of judges, they experienced first-hand how investment professionals think and make decisions.
We believe that when young people are given opportunities to engage with industries and participate actively, they gain more than just knowledge — they also build confidence and begin to envision their future. ✨
