社會福利機構員工會 社會福利機構員工會成立的目的是希望組織前線同工，團結一致，推動業界的改變，捍衛同工和服務使用者的權益！

社會福利機構員工會（Social Welfare Organizations Employees Union )於二零零零年成立，是香港職工會聯盟屬會，目的是團結社會福利機構的前線同工，包括文職、護士、活動工作員、福利工作員及社會工作員等，對抗整筆撥款制度下造成種種令同工權益受損的惡果，如同工不同酬、年資不認可及缺乏人手編制等問題。事隔十年多，工會看到很多機構仍有剝削同工的問題，社會福利署亦未能作出有效的措施保障員工，故此工會仍積極組織同工，推動業界的改變，捍衛同工和服務使用者的權益！
