大鴉洲是香港的一個島嶼，為大嶼山西南部對外的索罟群島的主島，面積1.20平方公里。
為應付香港越南船民問題，香港政府於1980年於島上建立了一個越南船民羈留中心，收容約5,000名船民。1989年9月23日，該羈留中心曾經發生船民暴動，千多名船民襲擊50名當值警察，其中23名警員受傷，警方於翌日才能夠成功收復全島。羈留中心於1996年9月關閉，原址正考慮改裝成其他用途。
