🌊 【 #世界海洋日 】專訪法國海洋學家 Marina Lévy：由巴黎講到香港海域，我哋點樣保護海洋？🇫🇷🇭🇰

🐟On the occasion of World Oceans Day, the Consulate General of France in Hong Kong and Macau was pleased to welcome French oceanographer Pr. Marina Lévy for a special interview dedicated to oceans, climate and societal action.

🪸As director of the de l’Océan in Univeristy specialist in ocean-climate-biodiversity interactions, Pr. Marina Lévy shared insights into her journey as an oceanographer, the role of science in understanding climate change, and the importance of strengthening dialogue between researchers, policymakers and citizens.

🤲She presents also simple but meaningful actions that everyone can take to help protect the ocean : from reducing plastic consumption and better understanding our environmental footprint, to reconnecting with marine ecosystems and supporting science-based action.🔬

⭐️The conversation also highlighted the “Starfish Barometer”, an initiative presented during the United Nations Ocean Conference (UNOC3) aiming to provide an accessible and scientifically robust overview of the state of the ocean, aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals, especially SDG14 “Life Below Water”, that is adapt today with 2026 datas about ocean.

🇭🇰Particular attention was given to Hong Kong’s unique relationship with the ocean.

The French May Arts Festival and the Hong Kong Sinfonietta continue their inspiring artistic collaboration this season, presenting a series of outstanding concerts that celebrate the musical dialogue between France and Hong Kong.

📍 April 18 & 19 | Pianist Jean-Marc Luisada delivered two exceptional concerts, performing works by Mozart, Haydn, Debussy, and Chopin with elegance and sensitivity.

📍 May 14 | Out of the Blue — Cellist Aurélien Pascal offered a concert of rare intimacy, bringing into dialogue works by Bach, Biber, Duport, and Cassadó with the artistic worlds of sculptor and painter Arik Levy and Zoé Ouvrier.

📍 May 16 | Cellomania: Aurélien Pascal Plays Saint-Saëns — Aurélien Pascal performed Saint-Saëns’ two cello concertos under the baton of Christoph Po**en.

📍 May 27 | Raphaël Sévère: A Rendezvous in Paris — Clarinetist Raphaël Sévère presented a recital ranging from Saint-Saëns to Poulenc, via Debussy, accompanied by pianist Colleen Lee and Principals of Hong Kong Sinfonietta.

📍 May 30 | Raphaël Sévère Plays Nielsen Clarinet Concerto — Conducted by Olari Elts, Raphaël Sévère led audiences through a program featuring Nielsen and Sibelius.

📍 5月30日 ｜隨後 Raphaël Sévère 喺愛沙尼亞國家交響樂團音樂總監艾爾茲 Olari Elts 指揮下，演奏丹麥作曲家尼爾森嘅單簧管協奏曲，同觀眾一齊感受尼爾森、西貝遼士嘅音樂世界。

最後，全賴香港小交響樂團、咁多位世界級藝術家，以及每一位在台下全神貫注嘅觀眾，共同成就咗呢一連串音樂盛宴。
