🌟食物不只是能量，更是改變世界的力量！ 🌍

從農田到餐桌，每一份食物都承載著碳足跡與環境代價，而剩食，正是這段關係中最容易被忽視的一環。由惜食堂與嘉道理農場暨植物園結合本地食物拯救、再分配及永續生活教育的經驗，合作設計出兩步學習旅程。

課程重點：「糧食足跡」兩步學習設計
從概念到體驗｜從知識到行動

👣第一步：惜食講座 + 到校工作坊
深入理解食物與環境的關係，激發惜食意識

👣第二步：大地餐桌探索體驗
親身走進嘉道理農場暨植物園，體驗從土地到餐桌的完整旅程

2026/27 Academic Year Programme - From Plate to Planet: A ‘Foodprint’ Journey

From farm to table, every meal carries a carbon footprint and environmental cost. However, food waste remains the most overlooked aspect of this relationship. This two-step learning journey has been collaboratively designed by Food Angel and Kadoorie Farm and Botanic Garden (KFBG), combining expertise in food rescue, redistribution, and sustainable living education within the Hong Kong context.

The free legal seminar on will prepartion and legacy donation co-hosted by Food Angel and "ForeverGift" was successfully held last Saturday. A group of adorable children lovingly prepared a joyful musical performance for our elderly friends🎹

This mini concert featured a variety of songs, including singing, piano, and violin 🎤🎻 Hearing these familiar tunes, the seniors couldn't help but hum along, savoring the beauty of the music 👏🏻 Every round of applause was not only encouragement for the young children's hard work, but also a beautiful moment of heartfelt companionship between generations 💕

A big thank you to the Musical Chaos Foundation for bringing the kids and seniors together for an afternoon filled with joyful melodies 🥰
