「移動非遺」專車再度亮相盂蘭文化節！🚛
除專車展覽外，我們將帶來全新手作坊將傳統潮式紮作蛻變為藝術創作🎨，讓你體驗紮作樂趣，親身感受非遺新潮🌊！
1️⃣「移動非遺」公眾教育活動：「我的專屬馬爺」紙模工作坊🐴
神馬，又稱「馬爺」，在盂蘭勝會中常於神袍棚旁，祂是穿梭人間天界的信使，負責將眾生的功德及願望呈報天庭，隨天賜福。多媒體藝術家陳沁昕（Tap Chan）從潮式紙紮中獲取靈感，將傳統手工藝轉化成適合親子共創的紙模手作體驗！ 大小朋友將化身小匠人，參考神馬的經典造型，一步步親手打造獨一無二的專屬「馬爺」，還可以在「馬爺」身上寫下對親友、社區或世界的祈願。 活動結束後，參加者可自由選擇將「馬爺」帶回家作為紀念，或進行象徵式的火化儀式*，讓心願隨風升騰、直達天際！
*本中心職員將代為收集，並於9月7日（星期一）在三角碼頭盂蘭勝會進行象徵式的火化儀式。

在盂蘭勝會中，你在竹棚內的神袍、大士王與神馬身上總找到顏色奪目的銻料裝飾。在數碼印刷普及以前，這些亮麗的線條與圖案，全憑紙紮師傅手握毛筆一一繪成。隨著時代演變，銻料工藝經歷了純手繪至半打印加筆撫，到如今全數碼印製的歷程。
多媒體藝術家陳沁昕（Tap Chan）從潮式紙紮中獲取靈感，結合中國傳統文化中寄予祥瑞與祝福的「八寶」圖案，讓你能使用簡便工具，親身體驗手寫銻畫的技巧，並製成「八寶神器」手寫銻畫書籤，把這項逐漸式微的工藝融入你的日常生活！

"Mobile ICH" makes its return to the Yu Lan Cultural Festival! 🚛
Apart from the in-vehicle exhibition, we will introduce two all-new creative workshops. 🎨 Transforming traditional Chiu Chow papercraft into modern artistic expression, these hands-on sessions let you quickly master the basics and experience heritage art in a fresh new light. 🌊
1️⃣"My Own Sacred Horse" Paper Model Workshop 🐴
The Sacred Horse, affectionately known as "Ma Ye", is often seen beside the Sacred Robes Shed during the Yu Lan Festival. Serving as a divine messenger between Heaven and Earth, Ma Ye delivers the merit and wishes of the people up to the heavens, bringing back blessings in return. Inspired by Chiu Chow paper-crafting techniques, multimedia artist Tap Chan has transformed this traditional craft into a fun, hands-on paper model workshop designed for parents and children to create together!
Parents and kids will become artisans, using the classic Sacred Horse as a guide to craft their very own, one-of-a-kind "Ma Ye." Participants can also write down their heartfelt wishes for family, friends, the community, or the world right onto their created model.
At the end of the workshop, participants can choose to take their "Ma Ye" home as a keepsake or participate in a symbolic burning ritual—allowing their wishes to rise with the wind and soar straight to the heavens!

2️⃣"Eight Treasures" Metal Foil Drawing Bookmark Workshop🔖
Step inside the bamboo sheds of the Yu Lan Festival, and you will find eye-catching metallic decoration adorned across the Sacred Robes, the Ghost Master, and the Sacred Horses. Before digital printing became ubiquitous, these vibrant lines and patterns were painted by paper craftsmen with writing brushes. Over time, this metal foil drawing craft evolved from pure hand-painting to a hybrid method of over-painting on prints, and ultimately to full digital printing today.
Inspired by Chiu Chow paper-crafting technique, multimedia artist Tap Chan combines this heritage with the "Eight Treasures" patterns—traditional Chinese motifs conveying good fortune and blessings. Using simple tools, you will experience the technique of hand-painted metal foil firsthand and craft your own "Eight Treasures" bookmark, bringing a touch of this fading art form into your everyday life!
