🌟加快銀髮經濟發展領航醫養科創新局

數碼港自 2021 年起連續多年擔任「亞洲醫療健康高峰論壇」（ ASGH ）的「醫療創新夥伴」，今年除了參與 5 月 11 日至 12 日舉行的高峰論壇，更於 5 月 13 日首次舉辦聯動 ASGH 的數碼港分會場，進一步推動香港醫療健康及樂齡科技生態圈發展。

在高峰論壇期間，數碼港率領八間社群企業於數碼港展位展示前瞻醫療科技方案，聚焦智慧醫療技術、樂齡科技及預防性健康管理等應用，醫務衞生局局長盧寵茂教授亦蒞臨展位，與社群企業交流互動。

數碼港亦於 5 月 13 日舉行 ASGH 數碼港分會場，邀請勞工及福利局副局長何啟明，以及香港中文大學馮康教授出席並致辭。

🌟 Accelerating Silver Economy Development and Pioneering New Frontiers in Healthcare and Eldercare Innovation

Cyberport has served as the “Health Innovation Partner” of the Asia Summit on Global Health (ASGH) for consecutive years since 2021. This year, in addition to participating in the Summit on May 11–12, Cyberport hosted the inaugural ASGH Cyberport Satellite Event on 13 May, further fostering the development of Hong Kong’s HealthTech and GeronTech ecosystems.

During the Summit, Cyberport led eight community companies to showcase cutting-edge HealthTech solutions at its pavilion, focusing on applications including smart healthcare technologies, GeronTech and preventive health management. Prof Lo Chung-mau, Secretary for Health, also visited our pavilion to engage with our community companies.

Cyberport also hosted its inaugural ASGH Cyberport Satellite Event on 13 May, with Ho Kai-ming, Under Secretary for Labour and Welfare, and Prof Fung Hong of The Chinese University of Hong Kong, attending and delivering remarks.

The Satellite Event brought together 20 Cyberport community companies to showcase a wide range of innovative HealthTech and GeronTech solutions. A panel discussion titled “Cross-Sector Dialogue: Transforming Community Pain Points into Technological Solutions" was also held at the Event, moderated by Ricky Choi, Director of Smart City and Digital Transformation of Cyberport. The session featured speakers, including Calvin Tang, Sha Tin West District Council Member, together with distinguished guests to explore how cross-sector collaboration can transform community pain points into technology solutions with application value, thereby promoting the adoption of HealthTech and GeronTech solutions.

Looking ahead, Cyberport will continue to provide platforms for showcasing, networking, and business matching to support start-ups, fostering stronger connections between HealthTech, GeronTech, and market applications, driving the adoption of more innovative solutions with market potential, thereby injecting new momentum into the development of Hong Kong’s HealthTech and GeronTech innovation sector.

🚀 Actively Promoting AI+ Initiative to Support National 15th Five-Year Plan and Build an International I&T Centre

Cyberport today (May 12) hosted the “National 15th Five-Year Plan and Hong Kong’s Innovation and Technology Opportunities” Seminar, bringing together over a hundred participants from Cyberport, Cyberport companies and the I&T sector.

The Seminar focused on the new opportunities in the National 15th Five-Year Plan for Hong Kong, and explored how the industry can leverage Hong Kong’s unique advantages of having connections to both the Chinese Mainland and the world to unlock the potential of I&T development. The discussions aimed to support Hong Kong’s development into international I&T centre and build Hong Kong into an international hub for high-calibre talents.

數碼港於昨日 ( 5 月 6 日 ) 聯同香港金融管理局（金管局）、證券及期貨事務監察委員會 ( 證監會 ) 、保險業監管局 ( 保監局 ) 及強制性公積金計劃管理局 ( 積金局 )，合辦「GenA.I .沙盒++ 協創實驗室」活動，攜手推動香港金融業負責任地應用 A.I. 技術。

🚀 GenA.I. Sandbox++ Collaboratory to Accelerate Responsible Innovation in Cross-sector Collaboration!

Cyberport co-hosted the GenA.I.++ Sandbox Collaboratory with the 香港金融管理局 Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA), 證監會 Securities and Futures Commission (SFC), 蓋世保鑑 Insurpedia (IA), and 積金局 MPFA (MPFA) yesterday (May 6), joining hands to promote the responsible application of A.I. technology within Hong Kong’s financial industry.

The event brought together over 200 representatives from regulators and financial institutions, as well as tech firms, to explore how cutting-edge A.I. solutions can enhance the quality of financial services. The topics included customer service, risk management, and cybersecurity, while also creating more opportunities for collaboration in the new cohort of the GenA.I. Sandbox++.

Building on the Collaboratory series successfully launched in 2025, it further deepened cross-sector partnerships, connecting technology partners with banking, securities and capital markets, asset and wealth management, insurance, mandatory provident fund (MPF), and stored value facilities.

🤝數碼港亮相「2026 香港 Web3 嘉年華」推動區塊鏈與數字資產生態發展

數碼港日前參加由社群企業 HashKey Group 及萬向區塊鏈實驗室合辦、W3ME 承辦的「2026 香港 Web3 嘉年華」，匯聚全球政產學研領袖，攜手推動區塊鏈及數字資產生態圈發展；數碼港主席陳細明亦擔任活動主禮嘉賓。

數碼港首席公眾使命官陳思源工程師參與「監管與創新的平衡 — 共建可持續的亞洲數字金融生態」圓桌討論，並分享數碼港推出的「區塊鏈與數字資產試點資助計劃」相關成果。

🤝 Cyberport at Hong Kong Web3 Festival 2026: Advancing Blockchain and Digital Asset Development

Cyberport recently took part in the Hong Kong Web3 Festival 2026, co-hosted by its community member and , with W3ME as the organiser, bringing leaders together from government, industry, academia, and research to promote the development of the blockchain and digital asset ecosystems. Cyberport Chairman Simon Chan also attended as the officiating guest.

Cyberport Chief Public Mission Officer Ir Eric Chan joined the panel discussion entitled “Balancing Regulation and Innovation: Forging a Sustainable Digital Finance Ecosystem in Asia”, sharing insights and outcomes of the “Blockchain and Digital Asset Pilot Subsidy Scheme” launched by Cyberport.

In addition, Cyberport hosted an exclusive session entitled “Cyberport Open Stage: Driving Innovation in Digital Assets, Web4.0, and the Agentic Economy”. Led by Rachel Lee, Director of Blockchain & Digital Asset of Cyberport, together with six Web3 community members and partners, the session featured a keynote speech and two panel discussions, exploring future opportunities in the agentic economy, blockchain, and digital assets.

數碼港培育計劃畢業生燃希成功入選英國金融市場行為監管局第二輪「AI 實時測試」(AI Live Testing) 計劃，透過實地測試推動英國金融市場安全且負責任地發展 AI，彰顥其監管科技獲國際監管機構肯定。

燃希憑藉自主研發 Native-to-Native 自然語言處理技術，有效減少 80% 誤判，並於香港金融管理局首輪 GenA.I. 沙盒計劃中，與花旗銀行 ( 香港 ) 合作探索 AI 在反洗錢（AML）及認識你的客戶（KYC）的合規解決方案。

其後更進一步拓展至海灣阿拉伯國家合作委員會 ( 海合會 ) 地區，成為當地監管及金融機構 AML 及 KYC 合規性基準測試工具，並先後入選 RegTech100 (2026) 及 FinCrimeTech50 (2025 & 2026) 名單，印證其全球影響力。

🌍 Driving RegTech Innovation – Showcasing the Power of Financial Innovation in Hong Kong

Cyberport Incubation Programme Alumnus Aereve has been selected by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) for the second cohort of the AI Live Testing, a pioneering initiative that promotes the safe and responsible development of AI in the UK financial market through real‑world testing. This recognition highlights the validation of its RegTech by international regulatory bodies.

Leveraging its patented Native-to-Native Natural Language Processing (NLP) technology, Aereve has effectively reduced false positives by 80%. It was also among the first cohort of the Hong Kong Monetary Authority’s GenAI Sandbox, collaborating with Citibank (Hong Kong) to explore AI-driven compliance applications for Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC).

Building on this success, Aereve expanded into the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region, where its applications became a benchmark testing tool for regulators and BFSI entities in AML and KYC compliance. Its global impact has been further recognised by earning spots on RegTech100 (2026) and FinCrimeTech50 (2025 & 2026).

🤝Exchange with Moscow City Government Delegation on Cross-Border Innovation Cooperation

Cyberport welcomed a delegation led by Anatoly Garbuzov, Minister of the Government of Moscow, Head of the Department of Investment and Industrial Policy of Moscow, to our campus, fostering collaboration and development in I&T between two regions.
