เมื่อวันที่ 10 กันยายน 2569 นางพรรณวิภา ณ บางช้าง วีซีเนอร์ รองกงสุลใหญ่ รักษาราชการแทนกงสุลใหญ่ ณ เมืองฮ่องกง พร้อมกับกงสุลใหญ่ของประเทศสมาชิกอาเซียนในฮ่องกง ได้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรม ASEAN Market Day ซึ่งองค์การสภาพัฒนาการค้าฮ่องกง (Hong Kong Trade Development Council - HKTDC) เป็นเจ้าภาพจัดขึ้นคู่ขนานกับการประชุม Belt and Road Summit ครั้งที่ 11 โดยงานแบ่งเป็น 2 ส่วน ได้แก่ การจัดสัมมนาเพื่อแลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์การลงทุนในประเทศสมาชิกอาเซียนของภาคเอกชนในฮ่องกง และการจัดกิจกรรมสร้างเครือข่ายระหว่างภาคเอกชนฮ่องกงที่มีการลงทุนในประเทศสมาชิกอาเซียน หน่วยงานภาครัฐของฮ่องกงและประเทศสมาชิกอาเซียน รวมถึงสถานกงสุลใหญ่ฯ และกลุ่มวิสาหกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อมที่สนใจไปลงทุนในประเทศสมาชิกอาเซียน
ทั้งนี้ งานดังกล่าวเป็นความริเริ่มของฝ่ายฮ่องกงที่ต้องการสนับสนุนวิสาหกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อมในการเข้าถึงตลาดใหม่ในต่างประเทศ โดยจัดขึ้นให้อาเซียนเป็นภูมิภาคแรก และจะมีการจัดเกี่ยวกับภูมิภาคเป้าหมายอื่น ๆ อนึ่ง อาเซียนเป็นจุดหมายปลายทางด้านการนำเข้า ส่งออก และการลงทุนในต่างประเทศที่มีมูลค่าสูงที่สุดของฮ่องกง อีกทั้งยังมีความสัมพันธ์แน่นแฟ้นทั้งด้านสังคม วัฒนธรรม และระหว่างประชาชนอีกด้วย

On 10 September 2026, Mrs. Punwipa Na Bangchang Wiesener, Acting Consul-General of Thailand in Hong Kong, alongside the Consuls-General of ASEAN member countries in Hong Kong, participated in the ASEAN Market Day, organised by the Hong Kong Trade Development Council, concurrently with the 11th Belt and Road Summit. The ASEAN Market Day was divided into two parts, with the first being a panel discussion for Hong Kong companies who had invested in ASEAN member countries to share their experiences and insights, while the latter part was a consultation session to facilitate the networking between Hong Kong companies who had investment in ASEAN member countries, prospective MSME investors in Hong Kong and the government agencies of the ASEAN member countries, including the Royal Thai Consulate-General.
The ASEAN Market Day is the first iteration of HKTDC's Market Day events that aim to support and encourage Hong Kong-based MSMEs to expand and invest in new and emerging markets abroad. Collectively, ASEAN is the largest overseas trade and investment partner of Hong Kong, enjoying a close relationship that also encompasses social, cultural and people-to-people partnership.
