Drug Take Back Day is a great opportunity to clean out medicine cabinets and dispose of expired and unused/unneeded medications in a safe way.
We don’t want the wrong people to get a hold of unwanted medications, it is unsafe for the environment to flush medications into the sewer system.
Our residents can dispose of medication year round at the Castle Shannon Borough building (M-F 8a-4p) There is a disposal box in the main lobby.
Our partners at Asti's Pharmacy and Lebanon Shops Pharmacy also collect medication for disposal during business hours.
