“Soft Life” is the brand name for our footwear line — handmade by teens we train and mentor. Each stylish pair carries the story of young people who are pursuing dignified livelihoods through creativity amidst their life's challenges.
These teens are still in school, with ambitions of becoming doctors, engineers, designers, teachers, and more. They have an opportunity to learn practical skills, earn dignified income, and build confidence while pursuing their dreams.

NDG has launched a pilot training program targeting 20 Junior High School graduates (10 girls and 10 boys) from Kotei RC and Ayeduase. The initiative trains participants to produce GES-prescribed leather sandals, belts, and school shoes for boys and girls alike. Beyond just skill acquisition, the project introduces these youth to social entrepreneurship—encouraging them to market their products to classmates and peers in other schools.
