We provide girls with safe, clean and appropriate hygiene and sanitation facilities to increase their likelihood to attend schools, and decrease their risk to sexual violence. We empower women and young people with up-to-date knowledge and the freedom to make their own choices regarding their sexual health and behavior is integral to ensuring health and reducing poverty within the next generation.

Children not attending school are in most cases unaccounted for in school records. They are therefore “invisible” and often not considered in policy and decision-making. The lack of data and information on children who are the most excluded from education are making it even more difficult to reach these children. In addition there is a lack of tools and methodologies needed to identify children who are not attending school.

Millennium Child Support Group has started a nationwide campaign of Children Out of School especially girl child at slum dweller communities by compiling Data Collection. The initiative aims to improve the statistical information analysis regarding out-of- school in the deprived communities. This would help us to identify the factors that contribute to their exclusion from schooling and to assess the effectiveness of existing policies. The organization initiative would achieve a break through in reducing the number of out of school children of primary and lower secondary schools in Ghana
