Ignore this trash! Which factory spends that much fuel in a day? The fuel was drawn over time and payment was made subsequently. The fuel was initially to be drawn against Zoomlion. Zoomlion identified the supplier, raised a coupon that was signed by its coordinator and countersigned by the urban roads engineer and the supplier. Later when the arrangement to have Zoomlion pay for the fuel failed, the assembly had to pay for the subsequent supplies. The main problem of the auditors was the cash withdrawal. This withdrawal was necessitated by the refusal of the supplier to accept a check because of the uncertainty of the outcome of the 2024 elections
