A stakeholder engagement was held to discuss the use of safe and proper buses for conveying school children within the municipality. During the meeting, it was agreed that all school buses operating within the municipality will undergo mandatory testing before the beginning of every academic term. These tests will be jointly conducted by the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Authority (DVLA) and the National Road Safety Authority (NRSA) to ensure the roadworthiness of the vehicles and the safety of school children on our roads.

MCE for Ejisu Municipal Assembly Hon. Jerryne Asante cuts sod for the construction of a 3unit classroom block with offices, staff room and a store at Domeabra and a construction of a 6 unit classroom block at Ejisu model school. The project is expected to be completed in six (6) months time. The projects are expected to reduce congestion and create a congenial atmosphere to improve teaching and learning on education outcomes in the Municipality.
